Establishing a company through the CIRCE system requires registering the company with the Tax Agency and Social Security within a maximum period of 3 months from the notary signing.

 

It's important to delay as long as possible if we do not have the usual business operations imminent. We will be required to register with the Tax Agency when we need to issue the first invoice or hire the first employee. That is, until we are certain that we will have operations, we should not start the incorporation procedures.
